For any change of prescription a follow-up meeting of 15 min is necessary
We accept payment by credit card and debit card.
A receipt will be issued to you for your insurance or for tax purposes.
Same-day emergency appointments are available at $ 75 additional cost.

In-person appointments will be back fall 2024 at an additional cost of $25/30min.

Any cancellation, absence or displacement of an appointment with less than 24 hours notice result in a fee of $ 50.
