Appointment and Billing Policy
To ensure fair management of the clinic's time and resources:
All appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the date to be maintained.
Any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or missed without notice will incur a $50 fee.
Fees for professional services (consultations, evaluations, documents or forms) are established according to the fee schedule displayed by the clinic.
We accept payments by credit card and debit card.
A receipt will be issued to you for your insurance or tax purposes.
Out of respect for our staff, any disrespectful behavior or comments towards clinic professionals may result in the immediate cancellation of future appointments and the termination of follow-up.
No refunds can be given for services rendered.
Conduct Policy & End of Follow-up
Respect & Safety: Any behavior that violates respect or safety (e.g., threats, harassment, discriminatory remarks, verbal abuse, public disclosure of confidential information) may, upon review, result in the cancellation of future appointments and termination of follow-up.
Procedure: In the event of termination of follow-up, the decision is notified in writing. The clinic takes reasonable measures for continuity (resources, referral options).
